Welcome to NS Global. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including but not limited to our website (www.nsglobal.info), forex trading tools, educational content, and AI-powered trading systems.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to participate in trading activities offered by NS Global. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

2. Services Offered

NS Global provides services in the foreign exchange (forex) and cryptocurrency markets, including:

• Automated trading systems powered by AI
• Real-time market analytics
• Financial education and training
• Profit sharing and referral-based income structures
• Access to a user dashboard and market tools

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice.

3. Account Activation & Investment

• Activate your ID in multiples of $500
• Each user must complete KYC verification and agree to company policies before trading
• Returns and benefits (e.g., 5% cashback + principal over 20 months) are based on participation in our Trade Sharing Profit system

4. Income Structure

Your earnings may include:

• Trade Sharing Profit (TSP)
• Direct Referral Income
• Dropdown Bonus
• Achievers Club Rewards
• Performance Bonus

Earnings and payouts are subject to performance and network activity. NS Global does not guarantee returns or future income.

5. Payouts

• Payouts are processed every 3rd of the month
• Sponsor income can be withdrawn anytime
• All working income is subject to a 10% deduction (admin/maintenance fee)
• One active direct referral is required to unlock each level of income
• NS Global reserves the right to modify payout frequency or deduction percentages with prior notice

6. Risk Disclosure

Trading in forex and cryptocurrency markets involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You may lose some or all of your investment. We strongly recommend consulting with a financial advisor before making investment decisions.

8. Use of AI Tools

• AI-based trading systems operate based on pre-defined algorithms and real-time data analysis
• While AI tools improve trading efficiency, they do not eliminate risks
• Users must monitor their portfolios and understand AI tool functionalities before use

9. User Conduct

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Not use our platform for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent activities

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and technologies on NS Global platforms are the property of NS Global. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or exploit them without permission.

11. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. All personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data.

12. Termination

NS Global reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any activity that may harm our reputation or services.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.
